The Domaine de Saint Aubin, situated in the Southern part of the island and lying between Rivière des Anguilles and Souillac, is an example of colonial architecture still forming part of the Mauritian landscape. Constructed back in 1819, it was originally the mansion of the sugar plantation owners. Transformed into the Saint Aubin Restaurant, where regional food is served, it is now recognised as part of the country's architectural history. To learn more about its rich heritage, the Domaine de Saint Aubin invites customers to a full visit of the site. Afterward, according to the customers' wishes, the package can be followed by an optional lunch.

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
