• Cancellation 3-7 days BEFORE arrival = 50% of total stay will be charged

• Cancellation 0-2 days BEFORE arrival = 100% of total stay will be charged

• No-shows / Unexpected departure = 100% of total stay will be charged

• Festive Season:

• A Minimum of 2 Nights will be required to confirm a booking request (available as from the 21st December)
