  • 30–21 days prior: 25%

  • 20–8 days prior: 50%

  • 7–3 days prior: 75%

  • Less than 3 days / No show / Unexpected departure: 100%

  • Cancellation or modification 45 days prior to event: 100%

  • Non-refundable deposits are not part of the cancellation policy.

Liability:
Île des Deux Cocos is not responsible for failure to execute terms due to war, strikes, riots, or acts of God beyond its control.
Force majeure does not include: economic slowdowns, currency fluctuations, political situations, and other similar events.
