Le Boucanier is a main Restaurant created with a classic thatched-roof pavilion and decorated with typical antique wooden furnishings. It overlooks the bay of Trou Aux Biches, in the Northwestern part of the island. Traditional recipes with local and seasonal ingredients are prepared there, which result in several proposed Local or International Menus. Customers are invited to enjoy Breakfast, in Buffet style, where they can both sample the regional delicacies of Mauritius, as well as learn about ''Creole cuisine''.
