Its concept is framed within a tropical garden, which features 272 luxurious ocean-facing Rooms, Suites, Villas, 3 Bars, an Outdoor Pool, an International Buffet Restaurant and 5 à-la-Carte Restaurants. Various Menus are proposed in the Restaurants, ranging from most parts of the World, thus offering customers a wide choice of culinary experience. As well, there is a fine-dining Restaurant called Château Mon Désir, which is easily striking thanks to its colonial-style Mansion architecture.

    - All meals will be served at the Main Restaurant ONLY

    - Breakfast: in Buffet type, as from 07h30 up to 10h30

    - Dinner: in Buffet type, as from 18h30 up to 22h00

    - Drinks and extras are not included and are payable on-site

 

 

  • All-inclusive:

    - Starts at 16h00 on arrival date | Ends at 14h30 on departure date

    *NOTE: End Time is AFTER Lunch in the main restaurant

    - Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in Buffet type, in the main restaurant

    - Unlimited Drinks: Locally-bottled Beverages (Alcoholic & Non-alcoholic drinks)

    - Tea Time: as from 15h30 up to 17h00

    - Mini-Bar: is included in the package

    - No Dine-around: Meals at the other restaurants in the property (Chateau Mon Désir, Anno 1743, La Marée, Lakaz Kreol, Les Filaos Beach BBQ, Banyan Asian Fusion) will bear a supplement

    • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

      • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

      • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

    • Policy on Postponement:

      • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

      • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

        • Policy on No-Shows:

          • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

          • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

        • Dress Code (for the Evening):

          • Swimwear should be covered at all times during the day

          • ONLY Tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, Collared shirts and Closed shoes are allowed
