Day Package Conditions

• Only food and beverages purchased on the property may be consumed

• Any extras not included in the package must be settled directly by the client

• Booking confirmation must be presented upon arrival

• Food allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

• Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable

• 100% of the total amount will be charged

• No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking (subject to management discretion and availability)

• All guests must present a valid Mauritian ID card or resident permit

• Children under 4 years must present a birth certificate

• Failure to present valid identification will result in the international public rate being charged
