• Session time (Monday - Sunday): 09:00 - 16:00

• 1st Meeting point: Belle Mare Aquacity, office

• 2nd Meeting point: Four a Chaux de Trou D’eau Douce (by your own transport)

• Validity: Voucher valid for 120 days as from the date of purchase

Participant Guidelines:

• Minimum age requirement: As from 8 years old

• If minimum number of participant has not been met, excursion will be rescheduled by supplier

• Note: Swimming skills not mandatory

• Participants must be physically capable in order to undertake the activity

• What you should bring: Soft Carry bag, swimsuit, change of clothes, sandshoes, sunscreen, beach towel, camera

• All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

• Unless safety is jeopardized, activity continues in the rain. Due to weather conditions, the timetable is subject to change.

• Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time

Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
