When you arrive at the venue and are ready to claim your order, please present your voucher to the staff so that they can assist you.

Noudeal.com is the best & latest marketplace available dedicated solely to Mauritian people and residents with a valid work permit. The programs, discounts, and offers available on noudeal.com are only available to locals. When redeeming your vouchers at the merchant's place, you must present your Mauritius ID or an occupational permit.

    Our office is located on the 5th floor of the Shehnaz Tower in Louis Pasteur, Port-Louis, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. and Saturday until 12:00 p.m.

Yes. All our prices are VAT inclusive.

Yes, indeed. As evidence, you will be required to display your ID/passport. If you don't, our partners will be unable to redeem your booking, and you will not be eligible for a refund. You must also carry your voucher as evidence of booking, which will include information such as the date of your reservation, the service/activity summary, and so on.

Yes! You can! We offer the option of ordering a gift voucher directly on the Noudeal.com website. You can choose a certain amount for any specific service or activity.

You are not entitled to a refund due to a change of personal circumstances or a change of mind. So, you can either cancel your reservation, which will incur a cancellation charge, or you can transfer the reservation to someone else, but you must notify us in advance so that the booking name can be changed.

Please refer to our cancellation policy for any refund after the deadline. In case you are unable to redeem your voucher due to an emergency or the venue was unable to accommodate you, please contact our Customer service team for assistance or email us on info@noudeal.mu

All expired vouchers are immediately voided, and refunds are not available. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity of vouchers as the vouchers have a fixed validity upon purchasing. It is also non-transferrable.

However, if a voucher expires due to a mistake on our part or from a specific retailer, we will gladly investigate and compensate you.

Non-Mauritian residents are not permitted to make reservations. Upon check-in, proper identification will be needed. Please contact us for a correct quote for non-Mauritians.

Please write to us within 24 hours of redeeming your package to tell us about your experience. We'll investigate with our partners about how they can improve, as we value customer feedback. You may also share your positive experience by writing in. We appreciate hearing from our clients.

Yes, indeed. Noudeal employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, easy, and secure. This encrypts and secures the information you give us through the internet. If SSL is allowed, a padlock appears at the top of your screen, which you can click to learn more about the SSL digital certificate registration.

We promise that no agent, employee, delegate, or robot has access to your Credit Card information, and that all data is handled by the Bank directly. This is done to ensure your safety at all times.

As a result, you can be assured that your payment is safe and stable thanks to a 32-bit encryption scheme run by Mauritius' largest bank in conjunction with MasterCard International.

All transfers made across our network are safe and stable. Your credit card purchase may fail for a variety of reasons, including:

  • You used an unaccepted card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express);
  • You may have had insufficient funds at the time of payment to support the transaction being booked;
  • You may not have completed all of the information fields needed, or you may have entered incorrect information.

If you have completed all of the above points correctly and you are still facing an issue; please contact your financial provider for further assistance.

ORDER PROCESS FAQ

You will get a booking message and a deal coupon after you have booked and charged in full. Our partner will also get the same booking voucher and confirmation, allowing you to unwind and feel that all is in good hands.

Feel Free to get in touch with us at any time prior your package. We would be delighted to answer to any further information regarding your booking.

There may be many reasons why you haven't got your booking confirmation/voucher after successfully booking and paying for a package:

  • Your payment is currently being processed. Payment delivery takes about 24 hours on average. Please keep in mind that bank transfers from banks other than MCB take longer to process. We do guarantee that you will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been placed, and that once payment has been processed, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email along with the Booking Confirmation.
  • Spam Folder. The email may have been redirected to your email’s spam folder. If you still cannot find your booking confirmation, please contact us on info@noudeal.mu for assistance.
  • Incorrect email address: Please check your email address when registering your account, as the same email address will be used by our booking system for sending of all vouchers. In case you have an issue with your email address, please get in touch with our team at noudeal.com.

Note: An Order Confirmation or Payment Confirmation email does not imply that the reservation is confirmed; it is only a step in the reservation process.

In case of last-minute booking, please confirm your booking status with one of our agents. You can WhatsApp us on 52543457.

Prior making any booking with noudeal.com, you must confirm that you have read and understood our terms & conditions as well as the conditions of the package(s) being booked.

If you make a change or cancel your reservation, you will be charged a fee depending on the service provider’s cancellation policy. Upon making any amendment to your booking, any excess amount related to a price difference due to a different date or period of time will be chargeable.

In certain cases, the service provider may sell package(s) that are non-refundable if canceled, and noudeal.com may be unable to grant a refund in such cases. We will, however, be able to communicate with you and the service provider and assist you in finding a suitable solution.

In the unlikely case that the service provider cancels the package you have reserved due to any unforeseen events, your payment will be refunded in full.

Alternatively, the service provider may provide you with a different date and/or time. If you choose to accept a new date/time for the package, then an amended booking confirmation will be sent to you reflecting this change.

If for any reason the service provider fails to honor any alternatives, you may opt for another package on noudeal.com or request for a refund.

An offer may expire at any time depending on the service provider. The service provider can at any moment, remove any offers made available on our platform. Please get in touch with our reservation team so that we can suggest similar offers.

LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQ

You earn point every time you make a purchase on noudeal.com.

Your reward points can be used on any offers available on our website. Simply proceed to check out and use your points prior confirming the booking.

Yes you can. Once you have earned Reward Points you can accumulate the points to use at a future time for bigger discounts.

Yes, to spend your Reward Points and to earn more Reward Points you need to have and be logged on your account.

You can check your balance in the account section on the upper right side of our website.

Your points are valid for 6 months following the purchase date. If you do not use your Reward Points before the expiration date, the points will expire and will be removed from your redeemable points balance. You will receive an email 30 days before your points expire or you can check the expiration date on your account dashboard, so you won’t forget to use them.

GIFT CARDS FAQ

The order and payment process for ordering a Gift Card is identical to ordering any other deals package - so its easy and can be completed within minutes! You just have to go to the Gift Card page where you will find all the options for ordering the Gift Card. You can choose the gift card amount, select any greeting image or upload your own, write the greeting message and many others.

You can buy ANY offer, product, deal and package found on the Deals.mu website. No limitations at all.

This means that with one Gift Card anyone can purchase over 500 different deal packages - this is quite a remarkable selection to choose from.

This is super easy. You can redeem a gift card either by entering the gift card code during the order process on the cart page, or, click on the “Apply to Cart” button on this page, which will then apply the gift card amount automatically on your purchase amount.

Yes you can. On the Gift Card order page you can choose the gift card image from a range of existing greeting images or even upload your own image!

Then, you can also add a personal greeting. So surely each gift card is unique and can be customized as per your preferences

This is not a problem. In such case, once you apply the gift card on the cart page, the gift card amount will be deducted from your total order amount and you would then be asked to pay only the price difference.

All gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months since purchase

Yes you do. Both you and the recipient receive a beautiful decorated email confirmation with the gift card details, including the gift card amount, validity period, gift card code, greeting and image.

You will notice that on the Gift Card page itself you would be required to enter the recipient info - their name and email address. You can even choose the date on which you want the Gift Card to be sent to the recipient. So once the Gift Card order is complete the recipient will receive a copy of the e-Gift Card by email.

Yes, Sure! You can order up to 10 gift cards per each purchase.

So if you want to gift many of your family members , colleagues or staff members you can easily do so.

All you have to do is to either add more recipients, whereby each recipient will receive one gift card, or, you can simply at the bottom of the gift card page, increase the quantity of gift cards to be purchased.

In case you plan to order over 10 gift cards, please do let us know and we can assist in processing your request.
