General Conditions:

  • Room Upgrade from Standard Garden View rooms to Deluxe Pool or Ocean View rooms are at a supplement of Rs. 500 per room per night & is payable directly at the hotel (subject to availability)

  • For pool use, a swimming suit is compulsory & sanitary protocols must be respected

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or residents with permit.

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.

  • Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

  • Age policy:

    • Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid's age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival.

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

  • Covid-19 Policy

    • Fully-Vaccinated Guests with 2 doses & 1 booster dose should present their respective vaccination cards along with IDs upon arrival

    • Vaccinated Guests with 2 doses & Non-Vaccinated Guests should present a Negative PCR test done within 7 days prior to check-in & should present upon arrival:

      • A documented medical certificate certifying that the guest cannot be vaccinated

      • Non-Vaccinated guests with no medical certificate or no covid-19 vaccine done, will not be allowed to gain access to hotel premises

    • Please bring along your vaccination card or the BeSafe app.
