    • Starts at 14:00 on the arrival date and ends at 12:00 on the departure date

    • Daily: All-Inclusive starts as from 11:00 & ends at 23:00

    • Lunch can be taken on the departure date only

    • Drinks will be included only during lunch

    • Tea time including cookies, tea & coffee (15:30 - 16:30)

    • Unlimited Drinks: Locally bottled spirits, wine, beers & soft drinks

    • Snacks throughout the day are not included and payable at the hotel

  • For the Water-based Activities, they will be available as from 09h00 up to 17h00, depending on weather and tidal info

  • For Pool use, a Swimsuit is compulsory and sanitary protocols must be respected

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
