La Demeure Saint Antoine is located in Goodlands, on the Northeastern part of Mauritius. It is one of the few remaining French colonial estates in Mauritius, having been built in 1830 and owned by the same family from that time till present. Now, with its landscape gardens and magnificent architectural design, it provides to the customers a very pleasant setting where they can relax (either in the Sitting Room, on a cane chair on the large Veranda or on a shady area in the gardens) and dine (at the on-site Gastronomic Restaurant). Moreover, the property proposes its settings for Events, Wedding celebrations, Birthdays, Seminars, Business Lunches, End of Year parties, as well as for the Launch of a new product. • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• Hotel Cancellation Policy:

• High / Low / Medium seasons

• 30% Payable: cancellation between 30 and 21 days before arrival day

• 50% Payable: cancellation between 20 and 11 days before arrival day

• 75% Payable: cancellation between 10 and 3 days before arrival day

• Peak season

• 100% Payable: cancellation within 45 days

• No show / Cut Short of stay for whatever reason

• 100% Payable

• Cancellation occurred due to any Force Majeure caused by COVID-19

• Free Cancellation: up to D-3 upon reception of a copy of the positive customer
