Payment, cancellation & Refund policy

  1. Payment Policy

  2. Cancellation Policy
    1. In the event you want to cancel your order or booking, will refund you the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy applicable. This policy sets out the circumstances in which may provide refunds to our registered users.
    2. charges various termination fees depending on the order choice you choose and the status of your order (if the product has been already reserved for a specific date or not). Some service providers have their own terms and regulations, such as non refundable, so double-check before making your reservation.
    3. A 5% handling fee will be charged for any modification, amendment, or modifications made by the customer to an existing confirmed booking, such as a date change. Should you choose to cancel your booking or if the service provider cannot honor the change of date, the handling fee will be waived, and’s cancellation policy will apply.
    4. Cancellation of an Open Voucher – a cancellation fee of 15% will be applied on the total amount.
    5. Cancellation of a voucher booked for a specific date – including booking made for any offers on a specific date or a gift voucher being used by the customer for the booking of an offer on a specific date. Cancellation fees will be applied as per below:
      Cancellation Charged as a % of the order amount for the product
      30 days or more before the date of the product 10%
      15-30 days before the date of the product 15%
      6-14 days before the date of the product 25%
      2-5 days before the date of the product 50%
      Less than 48 hours before the date of the product 100%

      Notice to all users:

      1. Any Cancellation request will be effective when it is received by email and processed by our agent at, on working days Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 17h00. The date of which we receive the customer’s written notification of cancellation is the date we will use in order to calculate the appropriate cancellation charge.
      2. The cancellation charges are calculated on the total amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service.
      3. In case a customer does not show up to an activity or service, shall charge the customer with a 100% cancellation charge. Please note that if customers want to postpone their booking, they should do so three (3) days prior to the activity /service date.
      4. If you have booked a product or service and you decide to cancel the booking due to bad weather conditions, you are required to inform (on or the Merchant to make another appointment. Please note that this policy can only be applied for outdoor activities and Vouchers whereby reservation has been made (not for Open Vouchers/Gift Vouchers). However, if the service is not affected by weather conditions and the customer still wants to cancel, the Voucher shall be forfeited.
      5. If for any reason, one of the members of the group is prevented from redeeming the voucher, that person may transfer their place to someone else. In case, reservation was made under the name of that person, you are required to inform as soon as possible for the change of name.
      6. Please note that entrance tickets to Museums, national parks, Mauritius Aquarium, Botanical garden, Curious corner, gift vouchers, meal vouchers and tickets for special events, are non-refundable in all circumstances.
      7. We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Unless stated otherwise, any revision or update takes effect immediately.
  3. Refund Policy
    1. All refunds will be processed in terms of credit point upon your cancellation of any Voucher(s). However, if you wish for a cash refund, do write to us promptly within 24 hours to our email address: (Refund requests submitted via any other method will not be considered). You are hereby informed that the terms and conditions will apply for cash refund including a processing fee of 5 %.
    2. Refunds will be made using the original form of payment. For instance, if payment was made using a credit card, refund will be credited back to your credit card. It usually takes from 4-5 working days from our side excluding the banks processing time.
    3. Processing Fees involved in the Refund process – is not liable for any bank fees associated with the purchase or during the refund process. Customer will only receive the applicable refund after deducting the fees detailed hereof.
    4. Refund for Foreigners (Non-eligible customers) – is an online platform made exclusively for Mauritians and local residents of Mauritius having a local ID card or a Mauritian resident permit. reserves the right to NOT Honor the booking and a cancellation fee of 15% will be applied for the refunding process.
