The Domaine de Saint Aubin, situated in the Southern part of the island and lying between Rivière des Anguilles and Souillac, is an example of colonial architecture still forming part of the Mauritian landscape. Constructed back in 1819, it was originally the mansion of the sugar plantation owners. Transformed into the Saint Aubin Restaurant, where regional food is served, it is now recognised as part of the country's architectural history. It invites customers to visit the site, as well as to appreciate a 3-course Lunch inside the walls full of Mauritian history.

  • Prawn Salad blazed with Saint Aubin Coconut Rum (Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Olives, Carrots and Coconuts)

  • Salade 1819 (Vegetables served with Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Olives, Palm Heart, Eggs, Carrots, Beetroot and Cabbage)

  • Main Course (choose only one):

  • Seafood in Sweet and Sour sauce

  • Spaghetti Alfredo, Cream and Parmesan Cheese

    Brownie filled with Saint Aubin Coffee & Rum
