    General conditions:

    • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

    • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

      • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

      • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

    • Policy on Postponement:

      • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

      • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

        • Policy on No-Shows:

          • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

          • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

    • The Restaurants and Bars shall operate as per the daily operating schedules of the Restaurants and Bars. The hotel reserves the right to close various outlets throughout the period

    • Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed

    KIDS CLUB

    Free Access to Shanti Kids Club, as from 10h00 up to 20h30, for those as from 3 years old (Toilet-trained) up to 11 years old

    - The specially-designed Kids Club, spread over 2000 m2, is set apart :- it has its own Kids' Pool and dedicated Activities area for various age groups. A weekly Kids Activities programme, crammed with fun-filled pursuits (such as Kids' Yoga, Water Sports Activities, Archery, Mocktail creations and Outdoor games) are to ensure the little guests are entertained during their stay

    - Kids Club Operating Hours :- as from 10h00 up to 20h30 (Extra hours are chargeable, and booking is recommended 24 hours in advance)

    - The Kids Club is a haven for the young guests as from 4 Months up to 11.99 years old, with a child-centered setting while on holiday. The property has entertaining programmes dedicated to the four different age groups, as shown below :-

    - as from 4 Months up to 2.99 years old (extra rate charge applies)

    - as from 3 years old up to 4 years old

    - as from 5 years old up to 7 years old

    - as from 8 years old up to 11.99 years old
