  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

Available Rooms

HOUSE RULE

1. Upon check-in, the host will hand over the villa key, keep the ID card or passport as a guarantee, and return on departure while giving over the key.

2. A guest who purposeful or accidently causes a defect or damage on the property will have to indemnify the full amount of the caused damage to the host.

3. Our villa is non-smoking, If caught smoking inside the villa or shows any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes) or of cigarette butts being brought into the room, Mur 5,000 will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning bedding, curtains, wall paints, etc. and any other repairs.

4. It is strictly forbidden to bring in persons that are no guests of Nautilus Villa and who have not been listed on the reservation.

5. To avoid fire in our villa, use for birthday cakes and scented candles are not allowed inside the villa. You can use these near the pool.

6.Using swimming pool for people who are not guests is prohibited. 

7. Damages and theft: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa or items within the villa.

8. Theft or intentional damage to villa may result in legal consequences. Guests are not allowed to take any villa items before leaving.

9. Guest should wait for villa host on the departure so that to proceed with inventory check.

10. All guests are expected to act in a respectable manner towards their fellow guests and to ensure that no disturbances are caused in the villa environment.

11. In case of any unacceptable behaviour, unreasonably high noise levels or general misconduct,

12. Swarga Villa reserves the right to ask clients to vacate the premises or to take action against them under the Mauritian law.

13: If there are more than four people, the management reserves the right to terminate your reservation and check out of the villa immediately. Visitors are not allowed on premises.
