The crew will greet them upon arrival at the SSR International Airport or the hotel Helipad and provide them with personalized service during Check-in. The journey will begin once the customers board one of the Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters (equipped with four Passenger seats). Throughout the flight, the pilots - trained in the best-in-class safety standards of Mauritius Helicopter Ltd (MHL) - will share overviews of Mauritius as they are flying over the awe-inspiring landscapes of Mauritius.

Helicopter Conditions:

  • The weight of passengers should be provided for ALL Helicopter bookings 

  • Restrictions: Flights from the Airport are subject to Weather Conditions & Air Traffic Control

  • The maximum number of customers for a flight is 5 people. If this number is not met on departure day, the flight tour will be rescheduled

  • Private Tours: the price will have to be paid for a maximum of 5 pax

  • The e-ticket will be provided via email after the purchase has been completed (e-ticket must be provided in order to board the flight)

 

General Conditions:

 

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or Residents with a permit

  • Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice before booking any activity

  • Activity is still carried out under rain, unless safety is compromised. This is subject to change in schedule due to weather condition

  • Customers are requested to arrive at least, 30 mins before the activity time

  • Service Provider reserves the right to limit access to the number of people in their premises at any point in time

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
