DEPOSIT
A compulsory deposit of Rs 20,000 (credit card imprint or cash) will be required upon check-in.
The security deposit is refundable during checkout formalities, except in cases of breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property due to the Customer’s fault or negligence.
In such cases, the deposit or part of it may be retained by F&C.

Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date
A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed
No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
