  • BOOKING AND STAY REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum stay: 3 nights (Low & High seasons)

    • Minimum stay: 5 nights (Peak season)

  • DEPOSIT

    • A compulsory deposit of Rs 20,000 (credit card imprint or cash) will be required upon check-in.

    • The security deposit is refundable during checkout formalities, except in cases of breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property due to the Customer’s fault or negligence.

    • In such cases, the deposit or part of it may be retained by F&C.

  • Welcome kit includes (once during stay):

    • Shampoo

    • Shower gel

    • Soap

    • Water bottle (1 Litre)

    • Toilet paper

    • Kitchen sponge

    • Scourer

    • Dish washing liquid soap

    • Bin bags

    • Mosquito repellent pad

    GENERAL CONDITIONS:

    • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

    • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

    • Any complaints should be made directly to the property

    • For any important info, customers are required to contact us on 2180052 for their booking

    • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

    • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

      • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

      • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

    • Policy on Postponement:

      • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

      • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

        • Policy on No-Shows:

          • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

          • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
