Eden Rose B2 – Minimum Night Policy

  • Weekends (Fri–Sat or Sat–Sun): Minimum 2 nights
  • Public Holidays: Minimum 2 nights
  • Weekends: 2 & 3 Bedrooms accepted only
  • Public Holidays / Peak (24 Dec – 05 Jan): Entire villa (3 Bedrooms) accepted only

Eden Rose B2 – Booking Conditions

  • Present a valid Mauritian National ID or resident permit at check-in (else public rate applies).
  • Prices vary by day/month/season — check the calendar for your dates.
  • Rates are non-refundable, for Mauritians/Residents only and in Mauritian Rupees (Rs).
  • Maid service without extra charge from 3-night stays & at every 3 nights frequency.
  • Guests are liable for any lost, damaged or stained items; charges apply accordingly.

Security Deposit

  • Rs 10,000 — 1 & 2-bedroom villas
  • Rs 15,000 — 3 & 4-bedroom villas
  • Rs 25,000 — stays longer than 10 nights

Deposit is retained if terms are not respected. If damages exceed the deposit, the guest agrees to reimburse at current market value plus labour. In case of disagreement, guest replaces the item with the same brand and quality.

Deposit Terms (non-exhaustive)

  • Villa is returned clean; no damage to any items
  • No damage to walls, lights, windows, doors, curtains
  • No damage to electric & bathroom appliances; pool system
  • No damage to burglar bars, cameras, alarm system, furniture & fittings

Eden Rose B2 – House Rules

  • No pets allowed
  • No parties or events allowed
  • Commercial photography is prohibited
  • No smoking indoors; smoke only in designated outdoor areas
  • No neighbour disturbance (no loud music / noise pollution)
