    • Playa Restaurant (payable for guests staying in the Tamassa Room with 20% Discount offered)

Conditions:


  • Minimum 2 Nights stay

  • Applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

  • A copy of the Wedding / Civil Partnership certificate must be sent to the Reservation department as part of the booking procedure

  • Wedding / Civil Partnership certificate must NOT exceed 12 months from date of issue at time of travel and will be required at Check-in

  • Wedding Anniversary: as from 5 years of wedding or Pacs Anniversary, and then every five years (5, 10, 15, 20…)

  • Validity: until the 31st October 2024



NOTES:

  • Customers are kindly requested to bring their OWN snorkeling gears

  • Rackets and Balls are provided for Tennis

  • No Lifeguard on duty / Swim at your own risk: Neither the Hotel, nor the management, the employees, the attendants and/or agents of the Hotel will be liable for any direct or indirect damage or prejudice which any customer may suffer as a result of using the Swimming Pool

  • Access to Jacuzzi is payable (for 30 minutes) as follows:

  • Rs. 500 for 1 person

  • Rs. 1000 for 2 people… then Rs. 200 for every additional person

    • Please note that there is no particular Dress Code during the day. However, customers are kindly requested NOT to wear uncovered Swimming attire in the Restaurants during Breakfast and Lunchtime

    • Please note that Evening wear is smart / casual after 18h00

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Minimum Age Requirement:

    • Child: as from 0-11 years old    |    Teen: as from 12-17 years old

    • Customers should be aware that, if they fail to declare their kids age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee
