Daily Beverage

  • Available on All Inclusive only

  • Served as from 10:00 till 23:00 in all bars and restaurants of the Resort

  • Choose from a selection of spirits, wine, select cocktails, signature drinks, local beers, juices, tea, coffee, soft drinks and water.

  • Mini Bar - Mini-Bar is chargeable for all guests.

Kindly note that for restaurant A-la-Carte menus, items marked with an ‘ * ’ are not included in the above meal plans and are subject to a supplement (for example, premium seafood or meats).

Important Notice - FOOD & BEVERAGES

  • The Resort is not a full all-inclusive product; therefore, supplements may apply on some menu items in bars or restaurants even for guests on the All Inclusive Meal Plan.

  • The All Inclusive package starts upon check-in at 14:00 and ends at 14:00 on the day of departure.

  • The Resort can adapt some menus / dishes according to specific food restrictions of guests. All food restrictions must be mentioned at reservation time.

  •  A compulsory supplement is applicable for Christmas Eve (24th Dec) and New Year’s Eve (31st Dec), please refer to the above meal plan table. Note that this supplement is applicable for dinner at our all restaurants.


Mercado restaurant – Open 7 days

  • Full buffet is available from 07:00 to 10:30 daily.

  • Lunch will be a la carte Monday to Friday 12:30 – 15:00

  • Lunch will be a Buffet on Saturday & Sunday 12:30 – 15:00.

  • Dinner will be a buffet 18:30 – 22:00 daily.

Edgewater restaurant – Open 7 days – prior reservation recommended

  • A Mediterranean/ Seafood offering on the shores of the Indian Ocean.

  • A la carte lunch served from 12:00 – 16:00 daily.

  • A la carte dinner served from 18:30 – 22:00.

  • Package guests will enjoy a 3-course meal – entrée, main and dessert.

  • Supplements will apply for some items.

 
Plantation restaurant – Open 7 days – prior reservation recommended

  • Continental buffet and a la carte breakfast from 08:00 – 10:30 daily for Club room guests only.

  •  A modern Mauritian style fusion restaurant for dinner.

  •  Dinner will be served 18:30 – 22:00 daily.

  • Package guests will enjoy a 3-course meal – entrée, main and dessert.

  •  Supplements will apply for some items.

Roubens Wine Bar – Open 7 days – prior reservation recommended

  •  Featuring a Tapas/ Wine Bar style offering.

  •  Dinner served from 18:30 – 22:00 daily.

  • Package guests will each enjoy a selection of 4 main and 2 dessert tapas.

  • Supplements will apply for additional items.


Le Bleu – Open 7 days
 

  • Handcrafted cocktails, pizzas, paninis, burgers and range of bar snacks. 

  • Lunch served from 12:00 - 17:00 daily.

  • Happy hour (50% of standard drinks) 17:30 – 18:30 daily.

  • Package guests can enjoy a 2 course meal – entrée and main.

  • Beverages from 11:00 – 23:00 daily. 


Serenity Pool Bar – Open 7 days

  •  Beverages from 11:00 – 17:00 daily.

General Conditions:

  • The hotel is not wheelchair-friendly

  • Restaurants and the other facilities at the resort have opening hours which may vary depending resort's occupancy and availability

  • All Spa facilities (Steam Room, Sauna & Solarium) are closed, except Spa Treatment rooms

  • Any allergies or dietary requirements should be notified to the Reception upon arrival at the hotel

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or residents with a permit

  • Rates may vary depending on the date (please select a date to see the price) and are subject to availability

  • Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group, a supplement will be required on arrival

  • All extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged upon departure

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • For group bookings of more than 10 rooms or any other important info, customers are required to contact us on 2180052 for their booking

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

  • Policy on No-Shows & Cancellation:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • Any complaints should be made directly to the property

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant
