Food & Beverages

• Buffet at the restaurant is available only for breakfast, lunch & dinner and is based on hotel

occupancy - can change anytime to a la carte or sharing menu

• All food and drinks are for your personal consumption only and must be ordered one at a


• Additional food consumption or any food and drinks offered to another client will be charged

to your account at the prevailing prices.

• The All-inclusive package includes three meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

• Only food and drinks purchased in the hotel restaurant can be consumed. No food or drinks

from outside are permitted inside the restaurant without the approval of the management.


Navasana Spa

The Steam room, Sauna & Solarium are closed.

• Spa treatment rooms are open.

• Spa discount is not applicable on Signature massages & Spa Packages.

  • The hotel is not wheelchair-friendly

  • Restaurants and the other facilities at the resort have opening hours which may vary depending on the resort’s occupancy and availability

  • All Spa facilities (Steam Room, Sauna & Solarium) are closed, except Spa Treatment rooms

  • Any allergies or dietary requirements should be notified to the Reception upon arrival at the hotel

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritians or residents with a permit

  • Note that upon reservation, if customers fail to declare their child or book for the wrong age group, a supplement will be required on arrival

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows & Cancellation:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • All guests should be fully vaccinated with 2 doses & 1 booster dose to gain access to the hotel

  • within 7 days prior to check-in
