- Package window: Starts at 14:00 on arrival with tea time + snacks and ends at 14:00 on check-out date

Price Conditions
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit must be presented upon check-in.
- The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis.
- Student pass is compulsory for Teens upon check-in.
- Kids Club: access from 09:00 to 16:00.
- If a child was not declared at reservation time, the booking will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
- Guests may bring their own towels. If using hotel towels, a refundable deposit of Rs 500 per towel is required upon check-in (refunded upon return).
Dress Code (Restaurants)
- Smart casual attire is recommended.
- Avoid overly revealing clothing (tank tops, flip-flops, swimsuits, beachwear, towels, boxers, or shorts/bermudas worn alone).
- Barefoot is not allowed.
