·       All-inclusive starts at 14h00 on arrival date and ends at 15h00 on departure date

·       Breakfast and Lunch are served at the buffet restaurant.

·       Lunch will be served on departure day.

·       Dinner is served at the Restaurant or à-la-Carte Mosaic Restaurant (subject to availability, reservations are compulsory)

·       Unlimited Drinks: Locally-bottled Spirits, Wine, Draught Beers (Keg) and Soft Drinks, as from 10h00 up to 23h30 at Main Bar

·       A selection of drinks in the Mini-Bar (refilled once per day)

·       All drinks included in the All-inclusive package are marked on the Menu of the bar and the Mini-Bar

·       A-la-Carte Beach Restaurant can be booked with a supplement

·       All extras, not included in the deal, will be paid at the time of departure

·       All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

·       Food & Beverages/Dietary Conditions:

o   Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

o   Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

·       Policy on Postponement:

o   Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

·       Policy on No-Shows:

o   There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

o   No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
