GALA DINNER: The rates are COMPULSORY. However, they should be paid DIRECTLY at hotel on 24th and 31st December 2024 as below :-

- 24th Dec. 2024 on HB only (in addition to HB rate) :- per Adult and Teen (as from 13 years old) - Grain d'Sel restaurant at Rs. 1400 / SushiMe restaurant at Rs. 1400

- 31st Dec. 2024 on HB only (in addition to HB rate) :- per Adult and Teen (as from 13 years old) - at Rs. 1600

Grain d'Sel :- serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and is opened on Mondays to Sundays, as from 06h30 up to 22h30

SushiMe :- serves Lunch and Dinner and is opened on Mondays to Sundays, as from 11h30 up to 22h30 (meals chosen there will be payable on-site)


General conditions:


  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • Any complaints should be made directly to the property

  • For any important info, customers are required to contact us on 2180052 for their booking

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • Covid-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be canceled & refunded as a store credit in your account

  • Cyclone Protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3, the reservation will automatically be canceled & refunded in the form of store credit to your account.
