All-Inclusive description

 

  • Breakfast buffet  (07 :30 - 10:00)

  • Lunch Buffet (12:00 - 14:30)

  • Selection of sweets & salty bites including tea/coffee (not applicable on departure day): 16:00 – 17:00

  • Dinner buffet (19:00 - 22:00)

  • Drinks includes a selection of local beverages including water, beer, tea/coffee, soft drinks, cocktails, and local spirits served at the Bar (10:30 - 22:30)

 

Notes:

  • All-inclusive package starts as from 10h30 and ends at 22h30.

  • Lunch is provided on departure date.

  • On check out day, All Inclusive ends with lunch.

  • Mini bar is not included.

  • Wearing of mask in compulsory in all common areas

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.

  • Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

  • Covid-19 Policy

    • All guests should be fully vaccinated with 2 doses to gain access to hotel premises

    • A medical certificate duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers that, by reason of medical conditions, guests cannot be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine, bearing their National IDs or Passport Numbers

    • Please bring along your Vaccination Card or the BeSafe app

 

Sanitary Protocols at Laguna Resort:

  • Arrival / Check-in

    • Temperature check upon arrival at Lobby’s Entrance.

    • In case a copy of the id was not provided prior to arrival, the guest's ID will be collected, sanitized, and

    • scanned.

    • Guests shall complete all formalities in respect of social distancing rules

    • Sanitized room keys shall be handed over to the Guests.

    • Guests shall be escorted to their rooms once check-in procedures are completed.

    • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available on all tables of the Lobby for Guests usage

  • During Your stay

    • Rooms are sanitized prior to guest arrival.

    • Your room is sanitized with chemicals recommended by the authorities on a daily basis.

    • Turn down service (when applicable) upon request to minimize guest room access

    • Room service shall be upon request

  • Restaurants

    • Tables have been reduced to maintain Social Distancing norms as per the authority.

    • All tables are sanitized before / after each usage.

    • Food shall be served by the hotels’ cooks.

    • Hand sanitizers are available in all the restaurants and restrooms

  • Activities (Onsite)

    • In house Activities – the number will be limited and upon pre-booking only

  • Fitness Center

    • Access to the Fitness center is upon reservation at the reception.

    • For hygiene and safety purposes, guests are invited to wipe and sanitize their sport equipment before and after usage
