      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • Hotel Cancellation Policy:

    • Free of Charge: 30 days or more before arrival day

    • 50% Payable: between 30 and 15 days before arrival day

    • 100% Payable: less than 15 days before arrival day
