Force Majeure:

The Hotel accepts no responsibility whatsoever in case of failure on its part to execute either partially or wholly its obligations in an event of force majeure which shall include not limited to governmental restraints, bad weather, cyclone, strike, or any other causes which could not be expected or avoided, and which were beyond the control of the hotel.


Guest’s Complaint:

Any guest’s complaint will only be considered if it has been notified to the Hotel management immediately during the guest’s stay. Any compensation in respect of a valid complaint will be made to the guest prior to the latter’s departure.

a) Charges for guaranteed early check in before 10.00 a.m.: previous night at contracted rate to be prepaid to the agent within the package deal. 

b) Charges for guaranteed late check-out, until 06.00 p.m.: 50% of contracted rate to be prepaid to the agent within the package deal. (Room allocation will depend on availability) c) Charges for guaranteed late check-out, after 06.00 p.m.: 100% of contracted rate to be prepaid to the agent within the package deal. (Room allocation will depend on availability)

• Marriage certificate must be presented upon confirmation and offer is valid after and before 6 months after wedding or anniversary date.




Cancellation Policy:

Low, medium and High Seasons: 

a) No penalty for cancellations received from 00 to 30 days prior to arrival. 

b) A penalty equivalent of 50% contractual room rate will be applied for cancellations received within 15 days prior to arrival. 

c) A penalty equivalent of 100% contractual room rate will be applied for cancellations received within 10 days prior to arrival. 

d) A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay will be applied in case of No Show. 

A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay will be applied in case of “Cut Short” of stay. 


Christmas & New Year: 

a) No penalty for cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival. 

b) A penalty equivalent to 50% of the total cost of stay will be applied for cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival. 

c) A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay will be applied for cancellations received within 15 days prior to arrival. 

d) A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay will be applied in case of No Show. 

e) A penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of stay will be applied in case of “Cut Short” of stay.

  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit
