• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• Child Policy:

• Infant: 0-3 years old    |    Child: 3-11 years old    |    Adult: 12 years and over

• Customers must be aware that, if they fail to declare their child's age or book for a wrong age group, they will be required to pay a supplement upon arrival

• Hotel Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days or more BEFORE arrival date: there will be NO charges

• Between 30 and 15 days BEFORE arrival date: there will be 50% charges applied

• Less than 15 days BEFORE arrival date: there will be 100% charges applied

• No-shows: will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount
