• Amendments: Once customers have confirmed a date and time, any amendments must be confirmed by the Service Provider directly. 

• Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Treatment time may be reduced if you arrive late.

• Covid-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking comes during a Lockdown period/Government restriction, consumers can seek a voucher extension based on the validity date (subject to availability)

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

• Covid-19 Policy

• It is compulsory that guests must have 2 doses & 1 booster dose to gain access to the hotel premises

• If any guests do not have the 2 doses or if the PCR test done is positive, the concerned resort will not take the current booking
