Kobido Face Massage & Facial
A natural alternative to Botox, this treatment helps lift, firm, and revitalize the skin while restoring a youthful glow.

Back Cupping & Reflex Therapy
A therapeutic back cupping massage combined with foot reflexology to release deep-seated tension and restore overall balance.

Kansu Healing
An Ayurvedic leg and foot massage performed using a traditional kansu bowl to calm the mind and rebalance energy.

Important Information & General Conditions

• This offer is applicable to Mauritian citizens and residents holding a valid residence permit.
  
  

• The package is available exclusively to customers aged 18 years and above.
  
  

• Please note that access to spa facilities (such as steam room, sauna, or other amenities) is not included in this package.
  
  

• Bookings are confirmed only upon validation of the treatment slot by the Spa.
  
  

• Reservations must be made 3 to 4 days in advance by telephone. Treatment date and time are subject to availability.
  
  

• Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled treatment. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.
  
  

• The Spa reserves the right to refuse any treatment if a guest presents medical or skin conditions that may contraindicate the service.
  
  

• Food, alcoholic beverages, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the Spa premises.

• All guests must present a valid Mauritian ID card or residence permit upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in the applicable public rate being charged.
  
  

Postponement Policy

• Requests for postponement are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  
  

• A service fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged for each postponement or amendment to an existing voucher.
  
  

No-Show Policy

• No cancellations are permitted once a booking has been confirmed.
  
  

• In the event of a no-show, the full fee will be charged. No refunds, rescheduling, or re-bookings will be allowed.
