Spa Package Terms & Conditions

  2. Prices are per adult and inclusive of VAT

  3. Prior spa reservation is mandatory

    • Failure to confirm prior to arrival may result in no spa availability on the booked date

  4. No-shows will be charged the full amount

    • No refunds, rescheduling, or rebooking permitted

  5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or propose an alternative treatment if any medical condition/history is identified that may make the selected treatment unsafe

  6. Spa packages are non-cumulative with any other promotional or discounted offers

  • Rates are subject to availability and may vary by date

  • Guests must present a Mauritian ID card or Resident Permit upon arrival

Postponement & Cancellation Policy
