• Booking is only confirmed once the treatment slot has been confirmed by the Spa

• Reservation should be made some days in advance. The treatment date and time are subject to availability

• It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. Lateness will result in a reduce in time of the booked massage offer

• A Spa Consultation Form should be filled, whereby customers have to notify any pregnancy, allergies, High Blood Pressure, physical ailments or disabilities, so that the spa can provide the most suitable treatment

• The spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out any of the proposed treatments if a customer is found to have medical / skin problems

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the spa
