• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• Dress Code:

• Please note that there is NO particular Dress Code during the day. However, customers are kindly requested NOT to wear uncovered swimming attire in the Restaurant during Breakfast and Lunchtime

• Smart casual during evenings (long Trousers and Shirts with sleeves for gentlemen. However, please note that Flip Flops, Shorts and Swimwear are NOT allowed)
