  • A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit must be presented upon check-in.
  • The whole stay and all guests of the same booking must be booked on the same plan basis.
  • 24-hour Room Service is payable directly at the hotel.

  • Booking more than 2 rooms? The client must call 269-1500 to confirm availability.
  • Guests may bring personal towels. If using hotel towels, a refundable deposit of Rs 500 per towel is required upon check-in (refunded upon return).
