  • One drink at a time: per guest, per order; sharing or offering drinks is not permitted
  • Consumption on premises: F&B included in AI must be consumed within designated outlets; no takeaway
  • Responsible enjoyment: Management may discontinue alcoholic service if a guest appears tipsy or intoxicated

Payment Policy

  • Upon Confirmation – A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the booking
  • D-30 (30 Days Before stay ) – The remaining balance must be settled, and the final number of guests confirmed
  • Additional Charges - Any extra expenses incurred must be settled prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before the stay - No cancellation fees
  • 59 to 30 days before the stay - 30% of the total services ordered will be charged
  • 29 to 15 days before the stay  – 80% of the total services ordered will be charged
  • Less than 15 days before the stay  – 100% of the total services ordered will be charged


Postponement Policy

  • Postponements must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in
  • Subject to availability and hotel approval
  • One postponement allowed per booking

No-Show Policy

No-shows are fully chargeable.
