La Hacienda, located on the Southeastern part of the island, more precisely at Vieux Grand Port, is a group of Guest Houses. Overlooking a large bay where the first port of Mauritius was once built (during the Dutch colonists period), it is positioned just atop the beautiful Lion Mountain. Customers booking for this guest house will be provided with an eco-wilderness experience, thanks to its remote spot, as well as being surrounded by lush native vegetation and woodlands. Furthermore, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and mountains of the region.

  • BBQ: one BBQ grill in each Villa (however, customers will need to bring their own Charcoal, as well as Food)





General conditions:


  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • Any complaints should be made directly to the property

  • For any important info, customers are required to contact us on 2180052 for their booking

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • Villa Cancellation Policy:

    • Full refund of deposit, less Bank charges, if cancelled MORE than 45 days BEFORE arrival date

    • Refund of 50% deposit, if cancelled BETWEEN 45 and 15 days BEFORE arrival date, less Bank charges

    • No refund, IF LESS than 15 days and in case of modification or No-show

La Hacienda consists of 4 unique Guest Houses / Villas. Each of them is secluded and surrounded by private gardens, while offering beautiful Sea and Mountain views.



Amenities in each Villa:

  • Air-conditioning, Mosquito Protection on window openings, Radio and CD Player, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Personal Safe, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster, Oven, Kettle, Crockery, Pans, Utensils, Bed linens, Towels, Maid Service six days per week (NOT available on Sundays), 24-hour Security Guard, Daily Breakfast, Parking facilities, Swimming Pool, BBQ facilities, Telephone service, Baby Cots, Baby Chairs, Airport Transfers



Bed / Room info:

  • For Infant (0-2 years old): Free Baby Cot provided (complimentary)

  • For Child (3-8 years old): Sofa bed

  • For Child (8+ years old) OR additional Adult: Sofa bed
