Terms and Conditions – Stay at Chez Perle Guest House

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total stay.

In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay is due.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in: from 11:00 AM (no arrivals after 7:00 PM).

Check-out: time will depend on room availability on the day of departure.

Occupancy and Stay

The number of people occupying the room cannot exceed the number specified at the time of booking.

External visitors are not permitted without prior agreement from the owner.

Children are welcome under the responsibility of their parents.

House Rules

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon.

Any damage or loss to the property during your stay will be charged to you.

Use of Air Conditioning, Fan, and Water

Please use the air conditioning and fan responsibly:

Turn them off when you leave your room.

Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.

Water is a precious resource on the island, so please do not waste it (short showers, taps tightly closed, etc.).

Excessive or abnormal use of the equipment may result in additional charges.

Liability

The owner is not responsible for any accidents, theft, loss, or damage that may occur during your stay.

Guests are asked to close doors and windows when leaving their rooms.

Use of Shared Facilities

Access to the kitchen and terrace (where applicable) is reserved for guests staying on the premises.

Please leave the premises clean after use and respect other guests.

The personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing your stay and will not be shared with third parties.
