• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• Beachfront Villa (maximum of 4 pax) :- 2 rooms, has an En-suite Bathroom, offers Sea views and has a Terrace

• Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days BEFORE arrival (excluding Festive Season) = No charges

• 60 - 31 days BEFORE arrival = 25% of total stay will be charged

• 30 - 21 days BEFORE arrival = 50% of total stay will be charged

• 20 - 11 days BEFORE arrival = 75% of total stay will be charged

• Less than 10 days = 100% of total stay will be charged  /  No Refund

• No Show = 100% of total stay will be charged  /  No Refund

• In case of Force Majeure or other Climate change = No Refund
