• During the evening: Trousers and elegant closed shoes for men and evening attire for women in all restaurants, except at Indigo restaurants (tailored shorts, Bermuda shorts, collared shirts, and closed shoes permitted)

• The restaurants and bars shall operate as per the daily operating schedules of the restaurants and bars. The hotel reserves the right to close various outlets throughout the period

• The offer is applicable to Mauritians or Residents with a permit.

• All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

• Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

• Age policy:

• Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid's age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival.

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.
