  • Cancellation policy/changes in flight details:

    • Please note that once a booking has been paid for, refunds will not be issued. In the event of a no-show, the total rate will be charged, and no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be allowed.

    • In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, customers are required to inform the merchant directly regarding the new arrival and departure times. Failure to do so may result in the partner charging a full cancellation fee.

    • For airport transfers or car rental services, any changes to flight or travel details must be communicated directly to the merchant.

    • If there is a need for any amendments to the booking, it is necessary to first obtain confirmation from the merchant before proceeding.

  • Car Rental Conditions:

    • Age requirement: Minimum age requirement is 18 years old, with original Driver's License

    • Returning car: Car must be returned on date and time specified by the merchant. Late return will entitle merchant to charge an additional day

  • Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

  • Mauritian citizens: ID card, passport or resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate.
