Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of total reservation amount charged
Early departure / shortened stay: 100% cancellation fee applies

Please note that once a booking has been paid for, refunds will not be issued. In the event of a no-show, the total rate will be charged, and no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be allowed.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, customers are required to inform the merchant directly regarding the new arrival and departure times. Failure to do so may result in the partner charging a full cancellation fee.
For airport transfers or car rental services, any changes to flight or travel details must be communicated directly to the merchant.
If there is a need for any amendments to the booking, it is necessary to first obtain confirmation from the merchant before proceeding.

Car Rental Conditions:

Age requirement: Minimum age requirement is 18 years old, with original Driver's License
Returning car: Car must be returned on date and time specified by the merchant. Late return will entitle merchant to charge an additional day

Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
Mauritian citizens: ID card, passport or resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate.
