  • No visitors are allowed inside the villa premises.
  • Upon check-in, guests must hand over ID or passport as a guarantee; it is returned on departure when the key is handed back.
  • Non-smoking policy: smoking inside the villa (incl. e-cigarettes) incurs a Rs 5,000 charge.
  • On departure, guests must wait for the host’s inventory check; no villa items may be taken.

Liability & Damages

  • Theft or intentional damage may result in legal consequences.
  • Any defect or damage caused during the stay or found at the inventory check (intentional or accidental) will be charged in full.
