  • Medical advice:

    o Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment

    o If a customer with any medical problems is present, it is requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment

  • Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time

  • Spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present or if the guest is intoxicated

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
