(1) BACK PAMPER

• Duration: 1 Hour 20 minutes

• What you get: Welcome drink upon arrival + 30-Min. Hammam, Sauna and Whirlpool + 20-Min. Back Scrub + 30-Min. Back Massage with Cupping

• Offer in details:

  Starting with a detoxifying back scrub and a Cupping back massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension. The suction

  created by the cups helps to increase blood flow to the treated areas, which can help to relieve muscle tension, reduce

  inflammation, and promote relaxation. The therapy may leave red or purple marks on the skin, but these are not painful

  and usually fade within a few days. A perfect treatment if you have limited time but need to relax and unwind.

  (NOTE: Cupping is not advised for someone who has a sunburn, wound or skin problem but they may have only

  the massage).

(2) DEEP RENEWAL

• Booking is only confirmed once the treatment slot has been confirmed by the Spa

• Reservation should be made 3 or 4 days in advance, by phone. The treatment date and time are subject to availability

• It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 15 minutes before the start of the treatment. Lateness will result in a reduce in time of the booked massage offer

• The spa reserves the right to refuse to carry out any of the proposed treatments if a customer is found to have medical / skin problems

• Food, Alcoholic drinks and Smoking are strictly prohibited in the spa

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Minimum Age Requirement:

• Customers as from 16 years old are welcomed at the spa

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
