HOME SERVICES:

• Seven Chakras Spa & Wellbeing also offers a Luxury Spa Experience in the comfort of a customer's own house. So, just sit back and let yourself be pampered. The property brings along all the Spa Amenities & Equipments, including a portable Massage Table (they will just need a space to make the set-up)

• Transportation Fees for Home Services - Rs.3000 (all around the island)

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

• Reservation should be made in advance, by phone. A member of the spa's Customer Service Experts will guide customers in their choice of treatment and desired appointment time (the treatment date and time will be subject to availability)

• It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 10 minutes before the start of the treatment. Lateness will result in a reduce in time of the booked offer and the full value of the treatment will be charged (as a courtesy to the next customer, the appointment will end as originally scheduled)

• Any allergies, medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should be discussed with the Customer Service Experts before choosing a treatment

• The spa proposes exclusive treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow their experts to help in selecting the most suitable treatments during this special time

• All Mobile Phones and Electronic devices must be switched to silent or turned off

• During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area that is being worked on. Towels, Shower Caps, Disposable Underwear and all Amenities required for use will be provided

• All treatments can be enjoyed by both male and female customers. However, the gender of the therapist will always be that of the customer

• It is recommended to shower off any creams and oils before a treatment, to allow better absorption of the products applied 

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Cancellation / No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
