  • Guests must present a Mauritian ID card or Resident Permit upon arrival

    • Failure to do so allows the hotel to apply the public rate

  • The merchant remains solely responsible for the quality and delivery of advertised services

Postponement & Cancellation Policy

  • Postponement requests must be made at least 48 hours prior and are not guaranteed
