• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

• Covid-19 Policy

• Fully-Vaccinated Guests with 2 doses & 1 booster doses should present their respective vaccination & ID cards upon arrival. Free rapid antigen tests will be performed at the hotel prior to check-in

• Non-Vaccinated Guests should present a Negative PCR test done 72 hours prior to check-in

• Vaccinated person only

• A medical certificate duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers that, by reason of medical conditions, guests cannot be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine, bearing their National IDs or Passport Numbers
