24-hour notice for 1 person
48-hour notice for more than 2 people

It is recommended to customers to arrive at least, 30 minutes before the start of their treatments. After Check-in purposes, they can slip comfortably into their robe and slippers and relax in the Steam Room
A late arrival will result in a reduced time of their treatments, which will end as scheduled and charged at full price
There is NO need to bring or wear any special clothing. Everything will be provided in the Changing rooms, including Disposable underwear for all treatments and massages
Following Safety and Hygiene regulations, every equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every treatment
The Spa's dedicated team is here to meet the needs of every customer. Whether it is the level of music or intensity of lighting, an additional towel, stronger or lighter pressure during a massage, please let them know how to make your visit a memorable one, and provide you with the best possible experience
Smoking and Consumption of Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed within the spa
Furthermore, the team will NOT be responsible for any valuables brought by customers within the spa
To maintain the sense of harmony within the place, it is recommended to customers to switch off their mobile phones
Swimsuits are compulsory in the Wet Zone and in the Steam Room
For Physical condition and for pregnant women, it is imperative to inform the spa of their health conditions BEFORE booking a treatment (this includes High Blood Pressure, Heart conditions and any Allergies). Therefore, it is kindly recommended to sign the Information Sheet concerning the use of the products BEFORE having your treatment
A selection of treatments has been especially designed for young customers below 18 years, who have to be accompanied by an adult with a consent form duly filled in and signed by a parent or legal guardian (access to the Steam Room is NOT permitted)
Spa Cancellation Policy:
- If a customer needs to reschedule or cancel their appointment, a 4-hour notice is required BEFORE the scheduled
appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment (the specified time includes the installation of the client)
