General Conditions:

• Aqualand is closed on Wednesdays & during rainy conditions, please call and confirm with the hotel on your booking date.

• Kids need to know how to swim & they must be a minimum height of 1m20

• Alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden at Aqualand

• The first child accompanied by 2 paying adults is free of charge

• Aqualand Rules & Regulations MUST be followed

• Minors should be accompanied by a paying Adult

• Beach Towels are provided upon deposit of Rs.500 per towel - money will be refunded when towels are brought back

• Complaints: If the customer is to file a complaint, it is valid if filed with the service provider prior to check-out

• Specific dietaries:

• Halal: all food served in restaurants is Halal

• No Pork is served in our restaurants

• Vegetarian options are available in restaurants

• Specific vegetarian food like Jain food or allergist should request or enquire 48 hours prior to the hotel

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit.

• Rates may vary depending on Date (Please select a date to see price) and are subject to availability.

• All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

• Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

• Cancellation Policy:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed. 14 days prior to arrival = 50%, 4 Days prior to arrival = 100%, NO SHOW = 100%
