One Day as a Biologist | Odysseo - Oceanarium (Mauritius)

Odysseo, the newly-opened Oceanarium located at the Harbour Waterfront in Port-Louis, proposes a special package where customers are invited to shift to the backstage part and spend a day as a marine biologist. By participating in this activity, they will experience the feeling of being a marine expert for the day, care for a healthy environment for the sea creatures, clean the tanks, feed the fish and do scientific tasks. Quite a long journey when living an aquarist's life!

What's Included:

• Odysseo Opening Hours: as from 09h00 up to 17h00

• Activity Days / Hours: Mondays to Fridays, as from 09h00 up to 15h00

• Duration: 1 Hour

 NOTE:

• Booking should be made 72 hours (i.e. 3 days) in advance

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

• Minimum Age Requirement for the activity is 12+ years old, i.e. Adults and Teens

• Offer can be either for 1 OR maximum 2 people per day

• Participants must remain with their tutor at any time of the day and follow the instructions

• Running inside the premises is NOT allowed

• Putting hands inside the tanks without the approval of the tutor is NOT allowed

• Participants should bring their own lunch

• Rates may vary depending on date (please select a date to see price) and are subject to availability

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
