Package Details:

• Session Time: from Mondays to Sundays

• NOTE: Booking should be made 3 days BEFORE

• Meeting Point: Débarcadère, Trou D'Eau Douce (by your own transport)

• Departure Time: at 08h15

• Customers are recommended to arrive at least, 15 minutes in advance

• Return Time: around 15h30 / 16h00

• Package Type: Full-Day activity  +  Lunch and Drinks

• Validity: Voucher valid for 120 days as from the date of purchase

Participant Guidelines:

• Minimum Age Requirement: as from 2 years old

• Participants: must be physically capable, in order to undertake the activity

• Recommended to bring: Own towels, Equipments (Fins), and Swimwear following Sanitary measures

• Diving Masks: are available

• Group: maximum 14 people at a time

• Trip Conditions: Activity will still be carried out under the rain, unless the safety of the group is compromised

ITINERARY:

• In the Morning:

• Visit to Île aux Cerfs - Visit to Grand River South East (GRSE) waterfall - Visit to Île aux Flamants - Visit to Île au Phare - Visit to Île de la Passe - Visit to Île aux Aigrettes (Swimming + Drinks offered on-board)

• In the Afternoon:

• Snorkeling at Eau Bleue (Equipment available - Diving Masks ONLY) - BBQ Lunch and Drinks on Île aux Cerfs - Free Time on the island - Back to Main land at around 15h30 / 16h00

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the company 48 hours before their arrival

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
