• The first towel is provided free of charge, for any exchange or extra supplement is applicable, a deposit is also required in case customers lose their towel

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Dress Code:

• Customers should attend the Restaurant in Casual chic

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• COVID-19 Policy:

• It is compulsory that guests must have 2 doses & 1 booster dose to gain access in the hotel premises

• Children under 12 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time and are allowed to stay in the same resort, if they are accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated
