Villa Saint Jacques, located in the Northwestern part of the island, welcomes customers just steps from the beautiful Péreybère beach. A Fully-equipped Villa, it is set up with convenient amenities for tranquil holidays. The Balcony offers a magnificent view of the Privatized Pool on the First Floor. As well, the Villa provides a large Living Room, a Dining Room, a lovely US-style Kitchen, a beautifully furnished Bedroom and a Bathroom which include both a Shower and a Bathtub.

NOTE: A Minimum of 2 Nights stay will be required on bookings for the period as from 01st September 2024 until 21st December 2024


NOTE: To avoid fire in the Villa, use of Birthday Cakes and Scented Candles are NOT allowed inside. However, customers can use them near the pool

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
